With over 20 years of experience in education, Jessie Donovan has served as a teacher, coach, interventionist, assistant principal, and principal. Throughout her career in Billerica Public Schools, Springfield Public Schools, and now the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District, she has remained dedicated to building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
Mrs. Donovan is known for fostering safe, supportive, and welcoming school environments where students can thrive. Her leadership is rooted in collaboration, connection, and a steadfast commitment to the safety and well-being of every member of the school community.
